Leading brand accelerator Front Row transformed its supply chain operations by partnering with ZonPrep as its primary fulfillment hub, routing roughly 80% of its domestic Amazon volume and export shipments through ZonPrep's facilities. By replacing a patchwork of legacy 3PLs with ZonPrep, Front Row cut its PO-to-received inbound times from 3–5 weeks down to just 10–15 days, freeing up two weeks of inventory cash flow.
In addition to slashing per-unit prep costs by approximately 27% and eliminating Amazon placement fees on ZonPrep-routed units, Front Row leveraged ZonPrep’s API integrations and automated Transparency labeling to scale its operations, enabling Front Row to add 50 new brands to its portfolio without increasing logistics headcount.
ZonPrep is honored to have ranked No. 225 spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. This is a jump of 1,026 places from last year after achieving a 1,521% three-year growth rate. Beyond the expansion of our team and customer base, a clear signal of our growth is the recent opening of the ZonPrep Consolidation Center, a second dedicated warehouse in McDonough, Georgia.
By transitioning all cross-dock operations to this new facility, we are freeing up floor space at our primary location to build out automated bubble and shrink lines. This expansion will boost the our daily processing capacity from 600,000 units to over 1 million units per day ahead of the Q4 rush, all while continuing to optimize shipment splits and eliminate inbound placement fees for sellers.
White House to Implement AI-Detection for Tariff Evasion
In response to a White House report on trade fraud, U.S. Customs and Border Protection is deploying an AI-enabled "Detective Border" system to target illegal trans-shipment and tariff evasion, specifically where exporters route goods through countries like Mexico and Vietnam to avoid duty rates. By leveraging deep-learning algorithms, computer vision, and routing history to catch illicit imports, this enforcement shift directly impacts Amazon FBA sellers, making end-to-end supply chain transparency an urgent operational necessity.
Brands sourcing through third-party processing hubs must now maintain ironclad documentation to avoid severe port delays, inventory stockouts, and steep legal fines. While sellers utilizing grey-market freight forwarders face mounting risks, fully compliant sellers stand to benefit as stricter customs audits level the Amazon marketplace by curbing underpriced, duty-evading overseas competitors.
We’ve officially launched our newly redesigned website, built from the ground up to support high-growth brands and enterprise sellers scaling on Amazon. Inside, you’ll find more about our expanded 600,000 sq. ft. McDonough facilities, automated high-volume prep lines, and targeted cross-docking solutions designed to eliminate placement fees and cut inbound receive times. We’ve also introduced brand-new interactive tools, including a Per-Pallet Cost Calculator and dedicated industry-specific solution guides to help streamline your supply chain.
P.S. We've also hidden a treasure hunt for a prep checklist, and other useful resources. How many Easter eggs can you find?
ICYMI: The Hidden Cost of 43-Day FBA Inbound Times
Opting for single-destination Amazon shipments to avoid placement fees often creates a hidden financial trap. It routes inventory through Amazon's national cross-dock network, triggers up to 43-day fulfillment center (FC) transfer delays, and reduces conversion rates by roughly 23% while products wait for Prime eligibility. For Amazon FBA sellers, this middle-mile lag and unpredictable check-in variance forces brands to over-buffer inventory, holding 90 to 120 days of cover instead of 45.
This can lock up hundreds of thousands of dollars in working capital and spikes Q4 storage fees considerably. By executing optimized shipment splits through a consolidated logistics partner, sellers can bypass national cross-dock delays, eliminate placement fees, and cut Prime eligibility lead times down to 6–8 days, freeing up vital cash flow for growth drivers like PPC and product development.
