Peak season is fast approaching, and we’ve been busy making moves behind the scenes to give your operations a magical advantage.
Inside this issue, we’re pulling back the curtain on a major company milestone, revealing a new location for our Amazon Accelerate seller meetup, and sharing fresh performance metrics straight from our warehouse floor.
We’re also breaking down crucial Q4 inventory timing shifts and revealing why the keywords you're chasing might be costing you money.

ZonPrep Acquires FNSKU Studio and Wizard-Industries
In a major step toward scaling our Amazon fulfillment infrastructure, ZonPrep has officially acquired Wizard-Industries and FNSKU Studio! These two leading inbound software platforms have been built specifically for Amazon FBA and AWD logistics, and ZonPrep has been a long time customer of both solutions.
Having moved over 20 million units into Amazon monthly using these tools, ZonPrep now owns the underlying technology behind its workflow, merging its 600,000-square-foot warehouse physical operations and 1-million-unit daily automation capacity with advanced software for shipment creation, labeling, and placement intelligence.
Both Wizard-Industries and FNSKU Studio will continue to operate independently and remain fully accessible to existing Amazon sellers, 3PLs, and prep centers, while benefiting from direct ongoing investment to accelerate future growth and features.
Good news for heat-sensitive sellers: Amazon has officially reopened FBA inbound shipments for meltable inventory!
Relaunching in phased waves, sellers can now resume sending gummies, protein bars, cookies, and coated candies as of August 31st (available to buyers September 14), followed by chocolates, caramel, and gelatin-based items on September 21 (available October 5).
It’s time to stock up and get your inventory moving again so you can unwrap your full sales potential just in time for Q4.
This guide breaks down what Amazon 1P and 3P really mean, how prep requirements differ between them, and how to think about the move from one model to the other without creating compliance headaches.
